What is this CBT Animation Video?
I created an explainer video for CBT for a final project during my senior year in college. The project was very important to me because Cognitive Behavioral Therapy has helped me with my depression very much. The explainer video does the best it can to explain what cognitive behavioral therapy is to those who don’t know.
What did I do?
- All graphics in Adobe Illustrator
- All animation done in Adobe After Effects
- All sound recorded on a Yheti microphone and edited with Adobe Audition.
